How is a normal day for you at Tequila Works?
They are all different. That’s one of the things I like most about this job. In general, I usually have scheduled interviews with candidates for our jobs, or interviews that are geared towards finding talent. There are also meetings, generally with production, finance, administration or with members of the team. Many of my tasks are coordination, so I have to talk with people very often. I also have a lot of work with emails and documents. A normal day also includes: eating good food, drinking mate, having a good time, saying something nice, thanking… many things.

What are you working on right now?
There are always several fronts open at the same time. Some of them: Team Building and motivation events, Talent Recruitment, Team management, control of working conditions and remuneration, organization charts, responsibilities and roles, archives, etc.

What is the part of your job you enjoy most?
I really like the contact with creative people. It’s very interesting and fun.

And the part you enjoy least?
When there are problems… sometimes I have to give bad news.

What was the best moment you had at Tequila Works?
None in particular and all. I have a good time in general.

If you could work in something else, what would you do?
I wish I had been a ballet dancer. Another option (a little more realistic): a writer.

If you had a superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation

What game would you take with you to a desert island?
One of the classics

And last one if you could be one animal, which animal would you be?
